Your personal information may be shared internally to complete your donation pledges or ecommerce transactions, to contact you about bringing live educational Lil’ Iguana programming to your community, discuss membership preferences, or additional ways to get involved with our mission to keep kids safe. Your response to these inquiries is completely voluntary. Safety Up! does not share, rent, or exchange your personal information with third parties.
Safety Up! & the Lil’ Iguana’s Children’s Safety Foundation reserves the right to share your personal information in certain situations. Safety Up! & the Lil’ Iguana’s Children’s Safety Foundation uses third parties to process online, mail-in, and phone donation pledges and ecommerce transactions. Your information will be shared with our processing service providers in order to process membership upgrades and product purchases. All third-party processors are required to hold your personal information in strict confidence. SafetyUp.org may disclose personal information if called upon by a law enforcement agency or other government power. SafetyUp.org may disclose information when is appropriate to help against individuals engaged in fraud or deception.
